Who we are

Florida SiteCraft is operated by Sonny-Francesco de Temple, a sole proprietorship registered in Germany, trading as part of the Temple Group. Our postal address is Radolfzeller Strasse 7, 81243 Munich, Germany. You can reach us at hello@floridasitecraft.com.

What this notice covers

This notice explains what happens to information you send us through this website. It is short because this website collects very little.

Information you give us

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to write: typically your name, your email address, your business, and what you are looking for. We use it to answer you and to keep track of the conversation if it continues.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Information collected automatically

Our web server records standard technical data when a page is requested: IP address, time of the request, the file requested, the amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system identifiers. This is necessary to deliver the page and to keep the server running.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no fonts or scripts fetched from other companies.

Where your information is held

Our servers are located in Germany. If you contact us from the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored in Germany, which is subject to European data protection law. Many people consider that a feature rather than a drawback.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete them when it is not. If you become a client, we keep records as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@floridasitecraft.com and we will handle it.

Residents of some U.S. states, including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, have specific rights regarding personal information. We honor these requests from anyone who asks, regardless of where they live, because maintaining two standards would be more work than maintaining one.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
